Superb 2016 Estate Diesel 2.2.

My exhaust emissions control system light has just come on.

I gave it a 25 min run up the motorway, but still on.

My local garage can’t see it until 3 weeks.

Is it ok to drive still, or could I do some damage to the engine.

Can they not even plug it in for you to see if there is a logged Fault code. It is the EEC light not the DPF light on. Running up the motorway might well be a waste of time. Best get it read for fault codes.
