Pleased with it so far. It was from the auctions with high miles but its a lease vehicle with a full service history so hopefully things will be ok.

Im liking the blue dials and the little extras the VW cars get, also enjoying the smooth laid back type of driving, armrests and all! Im not that old honest  even with an estate now!

Here are some pics below. I haven

Nice car mate, i do like the Passat's! Also a very nice colour too!

It's a good job Mr P doesn't use this forum so he can't see your pics. He does like the Passat and is looking to change his car soon. We've had it from new and it's been all over Europe.

Nice car

Yeah really pleased with the colour. Silver is good for staying clean but a bit of colour is a nice interesting change :)

Very good looking car!

Looks good mate, get it mapped and away you go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would like it mapped after having the vrs done. Trouble is im not sure its a great idea with the high miles.

Adam

Looks good, lovely colour. And I know what you mean about those extra VW touches ;)

Re remap, how many miles has it got? Maybe worth getting some advice from one of the established tuners - maybe it would be worth going for slightly more conservative BHP/torque figures, with a custom remap?

Steve

Remap, bigger alloys (RS6 ones always look good, Porsche 5 spoke things super-cool), suspension drop (which will remefd the worst excesses of the soft ride), big brakes and then tint from the b-pillars back and you'll be sorted.......

Drop by www.ukpassats.co.uk - we're a friendly lot and it might give you some ideas as to what can be done.....

I do like Passats, but I got put off buying one because I knew what toys I wanted fitted, but couldn't for the life of me work out which model had them

Enjoy! :D

Yeah been checking out ukpassats, already been helpful! You have pretty much read my mind on the mods...even guessed the wheels i want! Rs6 ones. Think tints will be first proper mod but want to retro fit cruise and a 3 spoke wheel first.

Also wheel bearing and a few other niggles to sort out before any mods, thats why they will be coming slowly :(

Glad its all going well. hope its nice and clean ;) !

I do miss it a lot but the passat has a similar feel with the same engine which is good. Just need to spruce it up a little! :)
