Anyone got similar or a solution, might radar under front grill need cleaned?

@Genesis32 There are plenty that have had issues with the 12v battery & PHEV,s. Warranty replacements of the battery. Flat batteries. Just a bit of a search will show this. Is this the first issue with your car.

Yes original battery.... Drive 2 miles parked up, 1hr later no errors, same temp 4 degrees

Maybe it's time to change the 12V battery.
