Hi .

I have done the service oil for 110 000 km for Skoda Octavia A8 2022 1.4 TSI in official workshop and they had done the service reset correctly .

After 300 km and 6 days the car shows again the service reminder in the dashboard and infotainment. The reminder distance in correct 9700 km .

Normally this reminder comes or pops up when in remains 2500 km.

Do you have OBD11? I'm pretty sure there is a way to reset the service interval using that. If not, then take it back to the dealer and explain, they should be able to do it for you

Hi I already tested service oil reset with obd11. The countdown was rescheduled but the message popup at car start or shutdown still there

Both need resetting. Oil Service & Inspection. They can and for most should be set to be at the Same Time. Not Service Fixed and Inspection still on Variable / Flexible, or vice versa.
