I’m having a persistent fogging issue with my 2023 Scala. When it’s just two of us, it’s manageable—only a bit of fog on the rear window during rain or snow. However, with 4–5 people in the car, all the rear and side windows fog up completely, and no climate setting seems to fix it. I typically just using AC on Auto mode trying to not differ too much from the outside (temperature wise).

Is this a known issue with the Scala, or does it sound like a defect? I’m particularly suspicious because when I took delivery, the dealership forgot to remove the suspension transport blocks. I’m wondering if there might be a similar oversight, like a blocked air vent or a stuck recirculation flap. Any advice?

You now need to check for moisture on and/or under the rear carpets, and also the lowest areas of the boot floor.
