smokey obviously missfiring on a cylinder

smoke clears after 5 minutes and runs fine

on live data injector number 4 is over fuelling we have replaced number 4 injector and still have the same issue also replaced the heater plugs

Thats a weird one. Its a long shot but maybe a sticky/bad exhaust valve? Leaks when cold seals when hot?

Possibly Ill ask mechanic thanks

You need a leak down test on the injectors. But as with most MK3's they are all getting to an age where ALL FOUR INJECTORS need to be replaced. Don't replace just one.... because you will get failures on others very shortly afterwards. I know it's expensive but it will keep the car running for another 100k miles.
