I can't help you any further.

What hasn't been discussed here is fuel types. Where do you fuel your car and what grade of fuel do you run on? Might I suggest running on Super Unleaded (Go for some Shell V-Power 99 RON) and see if that changes the car's juddering. It might well be that you are getting pre-ignition which might be caused by poor grade or quality of fuel.

Pretty sure you can map out ACT as I've heard folk map out ACT when they get it remapped as it suppose to make it smoother. Probably need to speaker to a VAG tuner.

It's purely when act kicks in it starts , soon as eco pops up on the dash i get the vibration and it disappears as soon as eco disappears

Worn / broken engine mounts I reckon

I dont think you are alone. If you search the Internet for vw, audi, skoda 1.5tsi ACT vibration you will find posts.

One solution is to tune it out. Im not sure it could be done in settings alone. You'd have to buy obd eleven and have a look around or do more searching, I doubt it as it would affect the type specification for economy / co2..

Not obd11 or similar tool can do that. Tuners remaping tools do.

Few months ago i do remapping fow few more hp and Nm, payed 400€, tuner offer me act off for another 50€, i refused. Now i regret, now act off alone is 150€

But REVO remap solved little rabbit issues, also i dont have any issues with ACT (yet)
