Hi

Anyone used an OBD on their Enyaq to locate a defective parking sensor?

Ric

Does it not show you on the pictogram of sensors when in parking mode?

The front sensors are all working as they should. The rear ones just show up on the screen as exclamation marks with the message 'clean parking sensors’. As none of the rear ones are working, I’m suspicious of the rear wiring loom connector which I will check.

The exclamation mark is normally next to the defective sensor. If they all show as defective (have an exclamation mark), there may be a bigger issue. The clean sensor message is just the default when a sensor is not sensing...

Yes, there are three exclamations marks (left, right and centre) so I guess it is something other than one sensor not working ….. although I have read that one sensor failing can stop all of them working. I’ll need to get the car onto an analyser.

Yes, using an OBD scanner can help identify which parking sensor is malfunctioning on an Enyaq. Once connected, it can read fault codes specific to the sensors, saving time compared to trial-and-error testing. Make sure your OBD tool supports Skoda-specific codes, as generic scanners may not pinpoint the exact sensor issue.
