Hello, me and my wife have exactly same cars - 1.5tsi 85KW Mhev.

Her SW updated over the air but mine - not.

For a whole year I've never received any OTA updates.

I'm the main user, there is no ingognito mode or whatever, everything is enabled and car communicates with APP, I even enabled additional ambient colours.

But the SW never got updated.

I went to Skoda for that and they told me they enabled the update but 2 months since then and still I have nothing :)

Any ideas.

Could be an OCU fault? Dealer should know that but unfortunately these days they're about as helpful as a vulture is to a dying child.

Do you have access to OBD11, or ODIS / VCDS? Would potentially flag up there if it was a fault with the OCU
