it looks like a new drivers side lock again.

Featured Replies

i fitted a cheap after market lock to my drivers side door in january...it looks like its failed already (i know its what you get for buying cheap non genuine stuff) the cheapest genuine one i can find is £283, a bit steep but if it works i will be happy as i intend to keep the car for a few more years yet, does anybody know of anywhere i can pick one up that's not as expensive, or will i just have to bite the bullet and pay £283.

many thanks mark

I ended up getting a second hand scrapyard lock. If you know the actual code pop a search in ebay.

Are you sure that the door locking isn't the anti-hijack system operating?
