Rumble when turning sharp left

Hi, got a Skoda Kodiaq, When turning hard left, i’m getting a rumbling rotational noise from the driver side wheel. Replaced wheel bearing but still the same. I moved the dust cover back. I did put a second shaft on and it’s still doing the same. Unlikely both the shafts that i’ve tried are faulty surely? It’s only when there is weight on that side that you hear the noise. When stationary and full lock left

or right there is no clicking or noise at all, only when turning sharp around a corner that you hear the rattling/rumbling noise. Any ideas?
