DOES ANYBODY KNOW THE CORRECT WAY TO REMOVE THE OUTER DOOR BODY MOULDING SO AS NOT TO DAMAGE THE PAINTWORK ETC.I AM NOT SURE IF THE ARE HELD  ON BY CLIPS OR DOUBLE SIDE TAPE. I WOULD BE GRATFUL FOR ANY COMMENTS.

Just had to refix mine . Held on with narrow double sided tape strips top and bottom. I heated the bump strip carefully with a heat gun to soften the tapes then peeled the bump  strip from the door . No damage done to paint.
