The big infotainment screen on my 18 month old Karoq sel packed in 3 months ago.

My local skoda dealer said it wasn't urgent and I had to wait 5 weeks for a booking. They had the car for 2 days, couldn't solve the problem and ordered a new electronic control unit. Car went back in for a day to fit the unit and it still doesn't work... no satnav, no music, no safety features, no reversing camera, nothing!

The dealer will have the car for another day next week but I am running out of patience and wonder what my next course of action should be if next week is another failure.

Anyone else had problems with their infotainment screen?
