Hi all , I have a 2008 octavia , recently changed the window regulator , went to open the car today and it won’t open from the outside or inside , I can hear the door lock opening but nothing appears to be happening . Have also tried the key in the lock but still no luck . Anyone ever have this problem before ? Thanks

I remember that problem from my Octavia 2 days. What always helped me was to lock and unlock the door repeatedly, while firmly tapping under the door handle with my fist and changing its position.
