Ok, sometimes select menu on infotainment screen. Then touch driver assistance this then goes to another icon, either radio or phone. If I touch menu on heater control then try to activate AC screen doesn't respond and just freezes.

Have you tried a reset? Press and hold the power button until it resets.

Yes I have. It's been back to dealer who also said they had fully reset. 5 hours later, back to faulty again.
