Car location issue (GPS?)

Featured Replies

Help my Kodiaq IV thinks it’s in Sidcup….. when it’s parked in Luton. I assume it must be a GPS issue but have no idea if there is any reset or if something has switched off. The second issue today was that I kept putting the car in hybrid manual and after I few minutes it would reset to Electric only ( not just dropping into electric but physically changing on the battery screen. Any ideas anybody (I have done a couple of soft resets on the infotainment). It’s on the new software (since Easter)

update in case it helps somebody … I went into the privacy settings and set it to the one that looks like a thief on the left. Then switched off the infotainment system using the button under the screen. Switched back on and changed the thief to the one on the far right (let’s call it Farage) . This apparently refreshed the LTE connection and the car has found where it’s is correctly (got this from Enyaq forum). App still not working but hopefully that will sort itself out and I’ll find out tomorrow if hybrid / manual drop out is linked as I have an 80 mile round trip
