Speaker change ??

HI

Got a new 2025 Karoq Sportline and I'm really disappointed with the speakers, sounds terrible. Had an Octavia from 2014 and that sounded better and that was not good.
So my question, if I change the speakers I will need to take off the door covers and all buttons and lights, do I need to disconnect the battery and can I disconnect the battery without a lot flashing lights when connecting it back.
Do I need an OBDII to turn off flashing lights or is there a manual way to do so ?
