Hi any one having problems with skoda Traffication app notification most of the time I receive nothing then a random notification then nothing for days.

How can I clear this stuck download.

Seems you have an Octavia 4.5 whereas I have a 4, so our MIB's are different, however, I can't be sure but it could be traffication only gives audible warnings when navigation is in use?

As for the app update, I currently have a shop update which is taking a while to install. Just got be patient

The core think about traffication is it's separate from navigation so works independently as for the download of service campaigns and traffication have been stuck for 6 days now.

I have traffication, mine doesn't give me notifications as such but it does work, as in shows me where roadworks are etc. I get an audible warning when I drive by a nearby ferry terminal, but not sure if that comes from traffication or navigation?

The only thing I can suggest with the service campaign, would be to sit in the car for an extended time and see if it completes. My shop update has been installing for the last few days now, but I'm only currently making short journeys. Another user I speak to frequently on here has told me the same update took a full 30 minutes to apply in his car, without any interruptions

I driv for 8 hours a day and no change.

Traffication is supposed to give you voice and visual notification independently from navigation I've been using it for nearly a year it stopped when the app updated on 20th may since then might get one every now and again very frustrating as I rely on it for my job.

Mine is stuck at „Installing“ in Notifications and „Please Wait“ in the Store.

Is there a way to cancel an installation?

I've been told it needs a workshop visit mine is booked in for 7th July warranty claim if yours is out of warranty don't let them charge you as its a skoda connect issue. Also chect your my skoda app as mine said expiring even though I had 6 months to go.

Have you looked at the app settings?

Yes apart from turn off automatic updates I can't see any other settings.

Oh you right. All Services are yellow in the MySkoda app. But they say booked till 11-2026

I got update Infotainment because of ghost touch on the screen last week

Definitely a skoda server issue get on to them to get it sorted.

My traffication was Dec 2026 so bought again it added a year on from Dec 26 but still won't download my other to infotainment online and skoda care package were both fine. Just out of interest when did yours start playing up.

1,5 weeks ago. After my garage appointment where infotainment was reset in the process of trying to repair the ghost touch input on screen an Volumen-Touchbar

That's interesting mine was 8 days ago following skoda instructions to factory reset to fix traffication issue.

So what did you say to the garage to get it sorted? Or has Škoda Support called them with instructions?

I went through skoda Support are you still under warranty?

The Fuse trick didn’t work by the way ( OCU and Infotainment )
