Hi good people

I had before Superb 2011 140ps dsg elegance and simply fell in love with the car. Went with it a bit shy of 370k km. But as the family grew, decided to upgrade and picked up last week 2023 superb combi 150ps dsg. Amazing car and I just got it updated to SW 332 (had 330) before, only thanks to this forum and amazing community.

Looking forward to exploring the forums and getting to know you and your skodas

Might seem a daft question, but I only bought the car from Cazoo today. (Couldn’t find the spec I wanted anywhere else.) Was advertised as having a fixed towbar and was looking into replacing it with a detachable one as I only need it very occasionally for bike rack. The more research I did the more I thought maybe it’s the retractable factory one and it’s just not retracting. Nothing happens when I pull the bit up in the boot. can anyone confirm if it is the retractable one and any id

Hi All, Using my new MaxiScan MS609 OBD11 after getting the following problem, ( I've had a series of Glow plug light flashing problems ) ( Turn off the Ignition and back on Glow plug light goes out for some time ) I have found that I have a malfunction on my exhaust gas temp. Sensor. Fault code is P242a. Bank 1 Sensor 3. Sensor. Fault code is P242b. Bank 1 Sensor 3. All internet discussion point's to the old 03L906088DE Exhaust Gas Temp Sender ( Before Diesel Particulate Filter )

Hi all. I picked up a new Superb 1.5Tsi e-tec MHEV SE Technology last week. 3 or 4 times since then, I've heard like a motor, whirring noise. It sounds like it's coming from the driver's B-pillar area. It lasts for about 2-4 seconds then stops. I can't be 100% sure of any pattern yet but when it's happened, it seems to be just after you pull away. Google AI says it might be the seat belt mechanism setting up and taking up any slack, although I can't say I felt any movement on the belt. Anyon
