Fuel Economy

Featured Replies

Anyone else sick of hearing about fuel economy. Who really gives a flying fig about extracting 40mpg+, go out there and 'give it the beans' and burn petroleum like it's going out of fashion, IMHO ;):D

You really are bored aren't you? :D

Good point. Bugger the cost and the environment - go have some fun!

Petrol's cheaper here (for the moment) It's $1.88 a litre for Mobil 98ron - about 63p and everyone thinks it's scandalous because it was $1.28 9 months ago.

You are lucky. I'm paying 104.9p a litre :(

Thats about $1.90!!

Oh wait... thats about what you are paying lol

I never worry about how mauch petrol costs or how many mpg i get out of my car or bike. If it`s nearly empty i go to the nearest garage and fill and pay up.

If i was worried about it i would have bought either a LPG car or a ****reon Saxo diesel which is slow, ugly and horrible to drive.

104.9 is about $3.16 - NZ dollars :)

But what if you have 50+ mpg, but still the option to " 'AVE IT! " ?? Best of both worlds surely? :D Economy for when in grandad mode, and performance when I'm laying my smog trail.
