Hi all, I'm currently in France and since arriving from the UK my connect services haven't worked. They've always worked before in France. I've tried resetting the infotainment system and I have a connection to the emergency call button (green light is on). However, Skoda connect says no data connection. Anybody else had this issues and any fixes? Car is a 2018 Superb Sportline with 9.2 Columbus system.

Getting this repeatedly in my Karoq. Typically use CarStick but even using mobile tethering it's still either not connecting or regularly dropping. Have contacted Skoda Connect who want me to book into a dealer. .

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure if yours is thesame issue as mine, but as soon as I got back to the UK mine connected and worked again and has done everything since.

After further investigation it turns out that France have aggressively been switching off 2g (and possibly 3g) and that's why mine didn't work as being a 2018 model it relies on these older data connections and can't be upgraded. So at some point in the UK when they switch off older 2/3g it will lose this functionality.

Hope you get yours sorted, maybe it's a software update they have to apply.
