Clean the pano roof sun visor?

Superb L&K with panoramic (sun) roof, and inner liner/visor. Insects and dirt have got in between, and I recall reading (previous model) a way of retracting the roof, but not the visor, so it could be cleaned. Anyone know if this is possible, please?

'14 Octavia vRS 2.0 TDI. Bought May 2019, 72,000 miles. Last serviced September '19. Hi guys, In January I started the car after a 3 mile journey and the dash lit up like a firework display; every possible warning light on, doors locking/unlocking, dot display showing fault after fault (abs workshop, stop start fail, tyre pressure), speedo and rev dial dead. Hello, I'm looking for advice concerning a used car that's being sold from a dealership, the car has 66000km and has followed every service with one owner. On Monday the infotainment inform me that a new update found and download begun. After the download was complete and I arrived at my destination, I turned off the power and got out of the car. The next day when I got in, it asked to start the installation, I accepted it and when it finished the installation, a series of repeated resets began as I was driving. There was no sound, so after 14 resets, the infotainment stopped working (thankfully because I was dizzy from the restart sound) Obvio
