Hello all, new to Briskoda but not really new in Skoda world 😅
After more than 6 years 1/2 with a Skoda Octavia 3 RS Combi FL (245hp) who help me to discover the brand, community and enjoy the car, I replaced it last July by an Octavia 4 RS Combi FL (265hp).
Color switch from Magic Black to Moon White

I relocated last year which means I now do a 400 mile round trip for work most weeks. Unsurprisingly I've racked up 10,000 miles in 7 months and the next service has come round quicker than I would like. After a bit of back and forth with the service department they have put me on long life servicing. Apparently this is just a software update, they use the same oil regardless of the service schedule. Who knew? Anyway, the car is now saying next service due in 9,400 after the 20 mile return jou

I've seen threads on this forum about leaking sunroofs/drain holes etc. but I assume this does not apply to the fixed panoramic roof? Am I right in thinking that karoq panoramic roofs are now fixed?

Morning all It’s great that there are sites like this to offer mutually supportive advice. I have a Fabia Bohemia estate first registered in 2007. I bought it from my stepfather who had it from new. It’s been a great car since I got it in 2023. I need a bit of help on a couple of things: After a flat battery the radio code is required to start it again and I can’t find it and step dad doesn’t recall where he kept it. I’ve had two Fabia estates and now have a 2019 Scala that I’ve had from new. Apart from one electrical meltdown a few years ago the Scala has been a good car. I’m thinking about its replacement. My wife is disabled so we have to have a car with a low easily accessible seat. Not an SUV. We also need a large boot for a wheelchair and other bits and pieces. I think that I might stick with what I know and get another Scala. But I am tempted by the Octavia and its bigger boot. Also if I decide to hav
