Just a heads up for anyone thinking to order anything from this company. If they send you wrong parts from UK you are supposed to return them to Germany and cover postage which is not refundable!!! There is no phone to call them or email unless they provide you with one and only way to speak to them is via their chat where if you don't reply within 3 minutes another person will take over and then whole chat clears after 3 hours so there is no trace. About 15 different employees told me differ

I'm a newbie Superb owner and felt my tailgate struts are not as efficient as they might be. Having entered Make, Model and Engine size as well as registration into both the AUTODOC site and app, I was presented with a long list of struts, all of which, I was informed, were suitable for the car. (You can see where this is going!). Ordered 2 x Stabilus 301171's which, on arrival, clearly did NOT fit. Challenged Autodoc who said I should have checked the VIN first with them by email - there is no

Can someone please shine some light on this ? Time came for the Eibach springs to get fitted last week only to find out that the rear springs don't fit at all. They are hitting rear droplinks without any weight put on them. Yes i know the springs are for estate and my car is saloon but they don't fit. Unless my mechanic doesn't know how to fit them I'm really lost. Pictures attached below

I had a fault code for glow plug 4 which I finally sorted this week, without snapping the old plug! I've been reading elsewhere online that it's recommended that you replace all glow plugs at the same time. I can't fully see the logic of this, as 1 has failed, and now all are working again. Surely it's better to replace as they fail, so that way if your car makes it another 100k then you've got a range of glow plug ages so they won't all fail at once. What's t
