Hello!

My skoda radio is crackling when using CarPlay, but is working fine when connected through BT. I have tried a thousand cables, that's not the issue.

I think the issue is with the firmware, I think it needs an update. I have tried to follow steps on other threads and videos, but I don't know where to find the update I need for my version.
