Radio pre-sets - unsetting themselves

I've got an 06 Fabia VRS and the radio has started to loose all the stations I have pre-set for no apparent reason. This has happened 3 times recently and occurs when you press one of the 6 pre-set buttions to change station. The radio suddenly and without warning looses all the pre-set stations and they all revert to 87.5 frequency - resulting in having to re-set the stations all over again!

Anyone else experienced this, or know what the problem is?

Either

1. A faulty set

2. Loose ISO plug in the back.
