My 04 VRS is up for sale after two and a half years of enjoyment.

On September 1st I am due to take delivery of a 100bhp Elegance Estate

Question----has anyone experienced the dreaded STUTTER on that model?. I had a similar prob on a Renault 19 16valve. A very fast petrol car with about the same BHP as the VRS, but lots of revs required to achieve the performance. The stutter problem was only solved when the engine management unit was replaced.

I thought it was only the new vRS engine (Mk IV emissions meeting one) that had the stutter? That's certainly the one you hear about.
