I think I saw you parked at the Halfords in Exeter the other day.

Is your number plate forigen? (ie not with west country prefix)

It has a Cardiff (i think) prefix, but I haven't been to Halfords recently. There is another yellow vRS around though as I saw it in Tesco's car park recently.
