206 180 to fab vrs

Featured Replies

Hello!

Ive got an appointment with my local skoda dealer tommorow and im hoping to work out a deal on a new fabia vrs! :) Ive currently got a 206 gti 180 that is costing me a fortune in petrol!! with a daily 50 mile commute to work. Ive read many reviews on the vrs and all seem good and ive also seen a few chipped ones up santapod raceway and i was amazed with there performance!!!!

Ive only had the pug for 18 months on a hire purchase with peugeot so i don't really know what skoda will say??? can anyone help???

Dunno mate??! Could be a knighmare with the HP, but i've never done anything like that before so don't really know how it would work.

You've picked the right time to go looking though because the dealers will be offering discounts etc for the new 56 reg!

I think the hire purchase is a good thing if you only plan to have the car 2-3 years and obviously a good thing if you cant re-pay a normal loan of 10-12k within this time frame but with a big down side, you cant modify the car so suspension upgrades on the vrs to compete with your 180 handling is dodgy to say the least. If your willing to take the chance then a modified rs will be a good choice and 50mpg is going to help.

Think it over and see which payment plan is best for you sircumstances, iam sure the saleman will help with the details.

Good luck

I average 50 mpg, so you won't be dissapointed... however, you 'could' be in negative equaty with the pug, depending on how long you took the finance over for.... the dealer will still be able to work you out a deal, but you may be paying over the odds..... good luck, and I'm sure you'll enjoy the vrs ;)
