Just traded in my mk4 golf turbo for an 04 plate Vrs... cant wait to pick it up next week. Quick question though.... what is the arf (i think this is right) and the esp ? i took 2 for a test drive today, cant remember what the one i have bought had...

Which vRS? Real, or paraffin powered? :D:D:D:D

If it has ESP there will be a dashboard switch with "ESP" on it. If not, the switch will say"ASR". ESP is great :) Electronic Stability Programme - helps stop you crashing. :thumbup:

Hi All, 2017 150 diesel 4x4 DSG, with about 70,000 miles on it. Repeated tyre pressure warning, but a gauge confirms the pressures are all correct? Any thoughts, please?

TL:DR - hi! superb 280: wet skiddy without quality back tyres? Hello everybody, New to the forum and owning a skoda. I've got a 2019 superb sportline 280 hatch. Are they known to get a bit unsettled at the back end in the wet? With the job I do I've driven both manual and dsg Haldex skodas (octavias and kodiaq), quite hard, and never experienced this. Granted the work cars are all diesel with Michelin crossclimates. I've had the car 2-3 months now and there's a bit of stuff in the boot. K

Hi there, Just a question about an issue I've had on my mk1 Fabia 1.2 HTP with electric hydraulic power steering. The power steering was going intermittently so I replaced the pump with a used one which fixed the issue. However, the other day I was turning at low speed whilst my sat nav was powered from the 12v socket ("cigarette lighter") and the power steering just totally died, steering warning light came on and no steering assist whatsoever. I unplugged the charger from the 12v socket and

Hello all, I am looking for advice from the hive mind please. We have a 2012 Fabia Scout and it needs new shocks, maybe rear springs too. Most places list these items, but they are the standard Fabia items, and I believe that the Scout has a slightly different spec suspension. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get the correct items please? Many thanks in advance for advice received. Darren
