Yes have fitted the pop-out tray. Easy to fit once the radio's out (your dealer with have the special tool to do that). Didn't go for the cupholder in the end because I've got heated seats so the top left button doesn't pull out to allow access. I also fitted the pull-down cupholder from the Elelgance which goes in the rear of the centre console between the seats. Easy to straight swap with the standard open tray.

Thanks for that, but this thread was started in January and I have done it since. although I was not sure with the centre console cup holder.

Any chance of posting some pics of your install? I'm especially interested as I've got heated seats in mine as well and found the amount of space in the doors rather limited :)

I've purchased one of these fancy pop out cup holders, managed to undo the bottom torz screw, popped out the heated seat switch, no problem. But cannot access the top torx, only about 10mm in front of it and can't get my 'driver in!

Am I missing something really simple or what?

The blanking plate screw that you need to remove is right at the top, and near the front. Maybe you have the wrong screw?

You shouldn't have to take those out?

There is a fixing screw at the top and bottm of the blanking plate, I can't get at the screw at the top! (under the heated seats switch which I have removed...)

Thats weird, mine was easy and straightforward to get to. Maybe get a quick pic to show us what you mean? Unless someone else has done it with heated seats?

:orb_bonk:

I didn't realise the blanking plate just popped off! I was trying to take the screws out with the blanking plate still on! D'oh!

All done now. Spent ages trying to get it smooth, but its still a little jerky...

Cheers for help guys!

Well yeah but you made it look so easy :D

Has anyone cured the seemingly jerky movement. Its fine if I take the CD player out...

can these parts be taken out of any other skodas, (thinking scrap yard in back of mind......)

Arosa has the twin cupholders. Not sure about anything else.

Its only fitted to the fabia Elegance to my knowledge...
