Lavor Pressure Washer...anyone heard of them ?

I would also be interested to know why the hoses are not covered under the warranty as there is nothing in the Warranty Conditions stating this. Our Superwash 160 is only two years old and on going to use it this year we discovered our hose to be perished - even through the inner casing. On contacting Lavor by email today I was informed that the "the hose is not covered under the warranty due to this being classed as a consumable item". I could purchase one for
