As you have probably seen a few Skoda dealers in East Sussex have recentlly closed due to "lack of sales". Sadly, this usually removes any options for servicing when the time comes too.

As I bought my vRS from Ballamy's of Shoreham I am now a bit resticted as to where I should get the beastie serviced. With that in mind, does anyone have any experience/tales from Saunders Abbot in Croydon? Alternatively, I am off to Norfolk next week and may opt for servicing there, possibly Chequered Flag in Attleborough.

With servicing prices seemingly climbing it would be good to know where to spend my money wisely...

Try looking in the 'Review Centre' forum on here - theres pages of info on all the dealers by region in the UK.

These days you don't have to get it serviced at a Skoda dealer and so long as it's a VAT registered garage who do it to Skoda's specification with OEM or better quality parts, your warranty remains in tact.

Also worth checking out your local VW/Seat/Audi dealers and see what prices they charge for the services as they may be cheaper/more convenient that travelling loads of miles to your nearest Skoda dealer
