skoda fabia 1.2air filter removal

Featured Replies

Does anyone know how to remove the air filter cover. I want to replace the filter but it seems loads of hidden clips and horrible screws

pull off the engine cover, then remove the screws that hold on the filter cover.. simple as that

Is this the same for the 12v 1.2 (HTP) version - looks like you have to remove the oil filler cap too, or this just stays on ?

Engine cover does pull off... feels like it doesn't but it does, dont be scared it won't break, honest.

Thanks for that Richard - wasnt too sure if the cover was bolted down in some way

Feels like your going to break it first time you pull, but once you've done it once you'll realise your ok... i was in your predicament once too!
