vRS Heated Seats

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Just out of curiosity, can heated seats be retro-fitted to the vRS if they weren't fitted as standard?

Been looking at a used vRS and this would be one luxury I would miss if I did sell on my TDi Elegance. :(

Cheers! :D

Not seen it done on the Fabia as yet, would be possible would require a fair few parts though and alot of labour putting all the elements in.

Don't suppose this is something that the dealer would/could do?

They might well do it, can see then charging an awful lot though.

I suppose I could always invest in a hot water bottle!

Still, the vRS I'm eyeballing has got cruise control, xenons and CD autochanger. Will go to have a proper look at it this weekend. Knowing my luck, it will have sold before then!

I believe you can buy heated mats which draw from the cigarette lighter and just sit on top of the seats for the winter months when you really need them :D One of the members had some on here, but I forget where he sourced them......

Chris

i have just enquired with a skoda dealer and it 180 quid for parts and 400 quid labour? £580 quid when they are just £125 in the factory fit .
