Just out of curiosity, can heated seats be retro-fitted to the vRS if they weren't fitted as standard?

Been looking at a used vRS and this would be one luxury I would miss if I did sell on my TDi Elegance. :(

Not seen it done on the Fabia as yet, would be possible would require a fair few parts though and alot of labour putting all the elements in.

Don't suppose this is something that the dealer would/could do?

They might well do it, can see then charging an awful lot though.

I suppose I could always invest in a hot water bottle!

Still, the vRS I'm eyeballing has got cruise control, xenons and CD autochanger. Will go to have a proper look at it this weekend. Knowing my luck, it will have sold before then!

I believe you can buy heated mats which draw from the cigarette lighter and just sit on top of the seats for the winter months when you really need them One of the members had some on here, but I forget where he sourced them......

i have just enquired with a skoda dealer and it 180 quid for parts and 400 quid labour? £580 quid when they are just £125 in the factory fit .
