Well I'am looking into buying a H&R Cup Kit, use to have one on my Audi S2 Coupe and was very pleased with it.

However if anybody has other experiance with other damper/spring systems?

Also I cant seem to figure out if i need the 31041-1 or 31041-3?

Eibach springs and dampers "Pro-kit" is popular for the Fabia as it improves the handling without sacrificing ride comfort. Other options would be Koni FSD dampers with standard springs, Koni adjustable dampers with Eibach springs, or go the coilover route

Lots of stuff available - worth checking the reviews section on this site
