Opening the bonnet!

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I have an s reg skoda felicia, and I have lost the keys. I do not have a spare set or the lock codes. I have been told the lock codes are under the bonnet, but I dont know how to get into the bonnet without popping the latch in the car which I cant do!! Is there another way? I really dont want to smash the window!

Thank you!

Get the chassis number off the log book, go to a Skoda dealer and they can order you a key from that.

Where are you? I can break into cars (I am trustworthy, honest, I had to learn)

I am in the body trade and i know a fair bit :orb_trump yep blowing my own :o

just dont ask me about the oily bits.

I dont have the log book! I only got the car a few days ago so the paperwork went back to the dvla to sort the new keeper registration. I have the green slip but it doesnt have the number on it! I am such a klutz losing the keys already!

Sounds a little dodgy to me.

But what good is breaking into it anyway if you then still dont have the keys?

The dealer can get your chassis number off the Skoda system from your reg.

true.
