Ahhh shut up :P:rofl:

How does VVTI differ from VTEC?

Chris

the ford system on the ST170 also a variable length inlet manifold, maybe one has this too :)

torque isn't everything though - how much torque does a one click'd Fabia vRS have? how much torque does a Jabba remaped FWD 1.8T Octavia Elegance Estate have? Which was quicker up the air field?

that was probably due to the driver wearing the wrong shoes or something though

No torque is not everything but where the max torque and max bhp come in make a big difference to the driveablity of the car.

Why is it that most Japanese/Korean cars allways seem to have lots of horsepower and not alot of torque, at least not very low in the rev range. Is that how people in those countries drive, like they are in the fast and furious:D

Give me back my Fabia 8v, All the torque at 2.2k

my peak torque is only 3500rpm and makes decent torque at 2200rpm , about 205lbft :)
