hello guys and girls,

just a quick question. Is it posible to fit 205x50x16 tyres to my fabia RS?

I got them for free and It would be shame not to use them (winter tyres).

Yes it's possible except your speedo will be different. It will show real speed now :)

Really? didn't know that it doesnt show now. How much is it wrong?

On standard tyres its likely to be about 2-3 mph under what your speedo says your doing. As far as I know just about all cars are like this. Some more so than others.

If you use http://www.rochfordtyres.co.uk/tyrecalc.asp

Put your original tyre size in and the one you are thinking of going to, it will work out the difference it will make to your speedo.
