What can I expect ?

Featured Replies

I've had my Fab VRS for a year now, and have been very pleased with it. Most of the miles have been on the motorways and it seems to know my mood and respond.

Gentle 70mph cruising it comfy and quiet, no rattles and returns around 60mpg. Yet if you want to get a move on, the great slug of torque allows rapid and safe overtaking. I love the feel of the handling, very pointy in a soft sort of way.

It may not be an out and out racer, but I cannot deny that it is fun and practical, just as the ad says.

Anyroadup... Its going into Mega4 tomorrow to be Revo'd.

I am hoping the new software will give me more of the same. 0-60 is not overly important (but fun sometimes). Can any of you who have had thier motors revo'd give me a feel of the difference it will make for 'in gear' acceleration - especially 6th on the motorways.

Many Thanks...........

The most common explanation is that 3rd now feels like 2nd used to , 6th like 5th used to and...... welll , you get the idea.

Hi. Check out, the Revo's page, in this forum for reviews!

Ive had mine done. 6th gear? Well you definately cant boot it doin anything below 2.5k...the clutch/flywheel vibrates because of all the torque, so its pretty much useless at legal speeds when accelerating.

Dont get me wrong its faster and seems more frantic (maybe due to the louder exhaust/turbo noise) but I think I was expecting more. Especially now it cant go any faster then 125mph

I find 5th a bit feeble compared to 3rd and 4th, and even 6th on the motorway. think a visit to Awesome for a tunit box is in order :D

Don't forget the full milltek exhaust for the real deal:thumbup:

The joy of that being you keep your warranty
