Strange "beep" with engine stopped

Hi, my car was doing some strange beeps the other day, they were like some kind of electrical buzzing coming from the engine, the engine was switched off and i had parked long time ago (30 min), i began to hear de beeps when i came out and was staying next to it, the beeps come from the front-left part of the front grille (staying in front of the car) it's a 1.9 tdi 101ps, i didn't use air condition anytime, im worried about it, i really dont know what might it be, can u help me?
