Hi,is there any specific engine coolant we have to use for new octavia and is valvoline coolant AF BS 6580 OK?Thanks

The correct coolant is G12 PLUS - which is purple in colour - or any other coolant meeting the specification TL-VW 774 F. The VAG part number for a 1.5 litre bottle of G12 PLUS is G 012 A8F M1 and it should be available from any VAG dealer. I would stick with the VAG coolant rather than risk getting it wrong.
