Are they worth it has anyone got a sky box going through one to a plasma telly?

I've got a Keene RGB to Component box of tricks and it was well worth getting, a vast improvement in picture quality from the freeview box's composite signal i was having to feed the projector with. JS Technology are generally accepted as the best you can buy. Check out avforums for more info.

I have my Sky box connected to it using a RGB. i am also looking through the av forums to see what they say Thanks.
