Rear ARBs

Featured Replies

Yo....

I wanna get a rear ARB for my Veyron-beating Mustang-slaying Fabia, so who in here can kindly advise a good brand with a good price tag. As far as I'm concerned, it's a piece of metal that joins between the two rear wheels to minimise roll, but for a piece of metal, getting one here costs well over 350 pounds.

Maybe the infamous Jabbies can help me out here?

Jabbies are THE only ones doing a rear arb for the fabia at the moment (to the best of my knowledge) www.jabbasport.co.uk if you want to contact them. Not sure what shipping would be like to our your way though. :)

You'll find it's a bit more than a 'piece of metal'. I'm sure it's tempered steel and is made to order from Jabba.

If you were to use a 'steel bar' then it would last 5 minutes. It is truly an excellent mod.

nah! they aren't tempered! if it was it would snap when you tried to twist it... it will be just a piece of normal cold rolled tubing......

might be worth getting a local fabrication shop to make you one.... after all, ther's only about

Tom.

Despite it's appearance, I very much doubt that it is "just a peice of normal cold rolled tubing"

Maybe he's getting it confused with the front upper strut brace :P:rofl:

The Bar is formed from 23mm Bright Bar Steel and mounts to the standard beam via the lower shock mount as well as being strapped to the main length of the beam by using 2 Mikalor straps and 2 poly bushes

ahem! thankyou

and for the record... i made the one that 's on my lupo and it is just normal cold rolled tubing and it is as hard as ar$eholes....... if it were tempered how do you think they could bend it when fabricating it without fracturing it???
