I've only been driving in my fabia a month now and so i thought i would try out reversing into my driveway. I was sure i would fit but then i heard my left wing mirror scrape against the gate. I feel terrible as it is a new car and now i have caused the wing mirror to have loads of scratches and dents. Is there any way i can repair it, I dont mean replacing it but like restore it or to as a good condition as possible. The colour is black magic paint. Any advice please??

Should be easy enough to rub it down and spray it.

If the scratches are only on the surface then a good polish could sort it.
