Don't laugh- alloy wheel question

Featured Replies

Hi,

Has anyone put 17"'s on the 64bhp 1.2 fabia? If so is it still driveable or are 16's the largest to go for?

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha...oh sorry.

Its never going to be a road rocket anyhow, so if your after a bit of style go for it. Will need to be lowered though.

I really fancy some TSW Kyalami's, TSW say they make them in 16's but no where seems to stock them. I know the 1.2 is no rocket so I don't want to cripple it even further!

So given the choice would 16's be a better option than 17's?

Ideally yes 16's would be a better idea, but 17's will be ok.

Nah put 17" on, the tyres are more freely available and cheaper, just make sure you lower it like Lummox said, Nothing worse than an oil rig!

Have a look at the fabia alloys archive for some ideas
