I'd put money on Murcielago. Can't seem to find any other pics of any with flappy paddles though.

EDIT: here we go, yep - same type of paddles as in the original pic: 2004-Lamborghini-Murcielago-Sold-at-$249,000-F-640.jpeg

Clues are the door, type of seat and the slightly squared off instrument binnacle.

Because the driver of the car sent me the picture and challenged me (and a few others) to guess the car...
