hi everyone

Featured Replies

hello to everyone , i bought my 2004 1.8t vrs about 4 weeks ago and am well pleased with it , about 2 weeks ago we got broke into in the middle

of the night while me and the wife were asleep both cars were on the drive

( vrs + fiesta ) my keys were with me in the bedroom but my wifes fiesta

keys were downstairs , we woke at 6 to notice the fiesta gone ..

since then we have got her car back unmarked , i think that if they would

have got my vrs i would have never seen it again ...

anyway since i have owned it i have tried the revo free 3 hour demo which

i liked but since its worn of the turbo does not seem to come in as smooth

as it used to , i have ordered a k&n replacement box filter and have booked

it in at jabba sport next week for remapping + recirc dump valve (bailey) as i belive the standard one is not brilliant quaility , and am thinging of replacing

the exhaust ( cat back ) but i do not want a noisy car they sell the super sprint for

Welcome to the site

I would do a search on 'revo' if I were you, I seem to remember that after the demo is finished the map reverts back to a revo 'stock' map and not the skoda 'stock' map. This, I assume (although perhaps incorrectly), is why your car isn't feeling quite as smooth as it was?

Having said that, I've just re-read your post and if you are taking it to Jabba next week then their software would (again, I assume) overwrite the revo mapping anyway...
