After reading about an ex-Skoda franchise I was thinking of using, and my own experiences with the dealer I bought the car from, I'm looking for another dealer to do the 3rd service on my Octavia. I've had a quick look at the review section of the above dealer, but there is nothing recent.

What are people views on the above dealers, especially from a servicing point of view.

Brooklyn have now moved to Redditch, popped in there the other day to get my service book stamped from the first service back in 2004 - thank god I still had the receipt! No records transferred from their previous Alcester branch!

Second service onwards I went back to All Electric Kings Heath where I bought the car from. Cant fault Kings Heath for service or work on the car. Bought two Skodas from them now and had many a service. THey are OK.

All Electric Kings Heath, I'll have to keep an eye out for you, they were my supplying dealer. :eek: I've found them ok with my Octy, just a bit expensive to what other people say they are paying. My sister had a lot of problems with them, and I used them many years ago and wasn't impressed, although that was at their old place.

Brooklyn Skoda Redditch- AVOID!!!!

Truely shocking level of service and unbelievably slow. Take a trip up the road to All Electric.
