Thanks ppl, this is actually my sort of 2nd project, I have a Ford P100 pickup to rebuid afetr a slight incident, hence for getting this. I did not do these mods, but have more ideas eg replace back box with custom twin oval exhaust, smooth the rain rails (has anybody noticed how awful the rubber on those rails are?) & smooth the door handles, maybe replace them for Audi colour coded ones & remove the locks. One Euro Look Felicia!!

It's a really effective car to mod to be honest, just needs thought thats all....

are those 15" super t alloys? if so can i have them? ha. thay would look sweet as on my pink felicia hatch.

They are Borbets, can't remember what model now. They are a bit scratched around the rim, but although I am proud to show this off, this is just a runaround car. Cheap & economical. If I find the money I will get them repaired, they suit it so well

Haha!

Err... no thanks. Just cos it's a runaround doesn't mean I don't want a crap look, no offense to steelies! The looks I get from people is brill to be honest, some thumbs-up too!! I don't think any of the cars I will ever have will be standard, no matter if I have a family. I've got a vision of "Rear Engined Citroen Xsara Picasso". Maybe a few years time.....

Very nice , not many Fellys around in that colour!

I got some OEM Skoda trims when I had Pinky - my Felicia.

Not the same as alloys I know, but a fairly cheap way of improving the look.

Here are the before and after pics....

Oldboi , thats a clean looking car!

Hi Oldboi,

They are adustables at the rear, & coilovers on the front. Get them for the same age Polo as that's what the Felicia shares most of its mechanicals with. If you want as low a look as mine then change them but remember to put the normal springs back on come MOT time - failure otherwise! Normal driving is not affected, & does corner well, having put that ever so slightly to test around my local B-Roads (I used to have a Fiesta Turbo which i drove hard). I quite like your ride too, would look pretty good low! A word of caution with this though;good as it may look, it does attract police attention. Although they mainly see the plates first & question that, they have been close to asking me about the suspension. I do it because, well I do & I'm used to it, however you have been warned!!

Hi ppl,

Couple of police issues recently. First, the plates - ok so they're not standard & the front one is a bit small - so? Just sqiunt harder!

Another big issue has been on my suspension. Police roadside check forced my car off the road for a few days - they said on full lock it rubbed the arch & to prove the point 3 other coppers sat in it - totally ridiculous - however the MOT passed it no probs - hmm I wonder who's right?

Apart from that, it's still pretty sweet.

Kris
